Nicole Rolland- Yoga/Meditation Teacher,  and Author of “Stepping into Consciousness: A Guide to Living a Life of Meaning, Joy and, Abundance“.

Nicole holds a Bachelor in Commerce from Concordia University. She completed her medicine wheel training with the Four Winds Society and yoga training with the Kripalu Centre.

In her book “Stepping into Consciousness ” Nicole shares a worldview on living mindfully and consciously.

She has written blogs for the Huffington Post, Expert Beacon, New Age.

Nicole taught yoga and meditation for the City of Westmount, NRYM at the University Club, Jazz Yoga Studio,Chez Doris as well as the Native Women’s Shelter, offered workshops on mindfulness at the Club Sportif MAA and NRYM, given talks at the Westmount Library as well as Corso and Le Petit Trianon in Montreal.  

Nicole currently has a private and corporate clientele and offers private and small group classes at her clients’ homes or work places as well as her venue in Lasalle. She incorporates yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices in her classes. Nicole loves working with all populations including children, seniors and those suffering from stress, anxiety and depression.

Nicole continues to write blogs and offers guided meditations and wisdom sharing podcasts to help her clients on their journey towards positive change and expanded awareness. 

Nicole is a member of the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Teachers Association (KYAA), lives in Montreal and teaches in both English and French. Please visit her website  to learn more about her classes and workshops.
